Krakow.

🤔
Have any of you ever been there?
I'm just back from a 4 day trip there. People are very pleasant and English widely spoken. Just as well because Polish is incredibly difficult, even to read.
Weather was great and the pints very reasonably priced everywhere we went. Vodka was good too.Food seems to be generally stodgy though. We went on a couple of good tours with Spanish guides in the city and a mountain village called Zakapone.
I'd recommend it to people who like interesting, historical cities.

Was there a few years ago Lee. Very friendly in fairness. Went to Auschwitz which was a harrowing experience, something I'll never forget. Glad I went though, I would recommend it tbh, not for the faint hearted though.

We skipped Auschwitz as we wanted to enjoy our 4 day trip.

Dobrze....

Only word i've picked up on.

Son has a fairly good command of the language as his partner is Polish.

Haven't a fockin clue what they'd be on about like, always feels like they're reading me when they change language 😡

No doubt we'll be going one day 👰

Zupy means soups and woda means water. They're the only two words I picked up tbh.

You went to Auschwitz for work? Holy fuck that is hardcore team building.

I'd say there was zero bitching at the "satisfactory" rating for the auld end of year review after that

"Right everyone! We'll do a few team bonding exercises so if we could make two groups and you could form orderly lines... wait... eh... is Marie from HR here?"
