1. Most drugs are being carried over the border by guys with backpacks.

Listen Fin, there is only one thing you need to remember, which most Americans fail to see also, the US in the largest consumer market in the planet by far and capitalism demands available, cheap labor. You are right about drugs and criminality crossing the boarder, drugs and criminality went across the boarder in the opposite direction for decades in the past, but it is incidentally to most in power. The Republican Party has had control of all three branches of government at various points over the last 30 years and has not done anything about immigration. They want and need immigration and it is a bonus that they can use it at election time as a dog whistle

Funny enough and you might not agree with them or everything they say but I’d value his opinion on American politics and Roundyfail’s 100 times more than Sir Spamalot, the sanctimonious blue shirt and call Neil.
They are both Irish and have both lived and are living there and don’t get their opinions from a Twitter timeline like most here.
