Seamus Harnedy is surely the best player at this level. But yes Kingston is going well although he was out of it for a while against Mathuana’s. I think Tracton will beat Ballinora by 3 and I think Killavullen will just shade it against Killeagh. By 2 points I think

Don’t know how either game will go, think Tracton are favourites overall but think the lads can give them a good battle Sunday and have nothing to lose really.

Belgooly seemed to give Tracton a game and Valleys got a few goals on them, so that gives me hope for sure, Ballinora have definitely been steadily improving, but there’s still been patches where they had a bit of a lull in each game.

If Ballinora turn up though they can definitely cause problems.

Great opportunity for Killavullen and Killeagh to make a final also, both finished second in their groups initially and have really kicked on from there. Killavullen have had some very impressive results and seem to score a lot also.

Killeagh obviously benefitting big time from the minor rule and not sure how they’ll do next year should they go up.

If Ballinora don’t win I’d probably like to see Killavullen do it, came out of probably the toughest division, never won their division before and were Junior B not that long ago, would be a brilliant achievement.

Brutally tough grade so whoever wins it will have done it the hard way.

What are peoples predictions this weekend. I am probably going against the grain here, but the more I think about it I would give Ballinora a great chance at turning over Tracton and making the final. Tracton deserved favorites for the County all year but Ballinora have had 3 games in the past 4/5 weeks and improved with each outing by all accounts and have good momentum. Shane Kingston might be the best player in the county at this level so if he continues playing as he has been I think he can be the difference. More of a hunch than anything and I could be made look foolish, but I'll tip Ballinora to win by a point. Just on firepower alone I’ll go with Killeagh on the other semi.

Shane Kingston is a great player yes but he is an out and out defender and full back in my opinion and won’t have an impact on this game the way people are going on, you can be sure tracton will have a man to keep him well marshalled too, Micky sull from tracton is surely considered the best player left in this grade, the man can’t be marked at the moment and has put up some big scores from play too. We’ll see now Sunday wholl have the bottle for it and show up when it means it I’d suppose.
