Yeah, that’s it, Urhan, Ballyhooly in football, Nemo, Kilshannig in hurling.Cheers lads. So 2 teams are relegated from Division 7 same as all other divisions.

Agree to a point But When I played The big thing was the local rivalry Playing a crowd 60 or 70 miles doesn't have the same edge. So for that reason alone I would keep the DivisionalsThe day of the divisional leagues should be long gone, make it county wide leagues down to junior b, all leagues from top to bottom with 8 teams, 2 up 2 down every year, go to div 12 if you have to, 7 league games is enough esp if your a dual club, allows for a few free weekends also, for example in Duhallow Newmarket and Drom learn nothing year on year try keep them at the level they should be, play different opposition, different venues, the Avondhu/Imokily league about 10 years ago was excellent and very competitive
Absolutely agree with this.Agree to a point But When I played The big thing was the local rivalry Playing a crowd 60 or 70 miles doesn't have the same edge. So for that reason alone I would keep the Divisionals
Agree to a point but I think some clubs, especially dual clubs or clubs where numbers are tight, would rather play in divisional leagues. Easier to get players to travel 20 mins for a game on a Sunday morning rather than up to 2 hours. For example, would Charleville like to be going down to Urhan for half 11. Also there being less games in the divisional leagues suits some teams. I think the leagues are good at the moment but I would nearly be in favour of less games. 9 is a lot to get through especially for dual clubs. The day of the divisional leagues should be long gone, make it county wide leagues down to junior b, all leagues from top to bottom with 8 teams, 2 up 2 down every year, go to div 12 if you have to, 7 league games is enough esp if your a dual club, allows for a few free weekends also, for example in Duhallow Newmarket and Drom learn nothing year on year try keep them at the level they should be, play different opposition, different venues, the Avondhu/Imokily league about 10 years ago was excellent and very competitive
Do think there could be something said for Avondhu and Duhallow joining up the leagues? Teams aren't a million miles away from each otherAgree to a point But When I played The big thing was the local rivalry Playing a crowd 60 or 70 miles doesn't have the same edge. Was at the game tonight. Bride fully deserving winners, have a lot of talent coming through. 18 year old Cormac Barry won’t be far away from senior next year. Sean Knox good aswell.Result tonight. Bride Rovers 1-18 1-15 St Itas
Bride Rovers v Cobh final.
jason mannix has played with the seniors this year. it was 18 year old jack mannix came onFair play to the Bride they do have a lot of talent coming through and credit must be given to their underage club who have made good use of their numbers.
Notably too their 3 subs Cian O’Connor Jason Mannix and Michael Collins have huge senior experience.
I did think Ita’s would scrape through based on Harnedy but it is difficult for him and he still got 6 points.
