Junior A Hurling 2025

Absolutely no chance I would say. Remember the Austin Gleeson goal or Cork U20 one last year where there was much more credible evidence available. Sounds like sour grapes. Not happy with an inter county referee either sure. Besides the point, but the penalty was poor and not deserving of a goal either.
If the ball takes the net off or trickles over the line I'm fairly sure they all count the same!
I don't think there'll be a replay but it was also a 4 point swing considering Jack Twomey put the ball over the bar for Kilshannig within 10 seconds of the penalty

What was the rush with the Duhallow Divisional final.
Dromtarriffe playing week on week with the last few weeks
Newmarket into a county semi final which will possibly be the earliest 01st/2nd November

Clubs need to start standing up to the board.
Ridiculous carry on from the Duhallow board
I think that has cost Duhallow teams in the past. There wouldn't be a whole pile of teams available for challenge matches either since all the other divisional competitions are still running. I went to the Duhallow final instead of the Avondhu semi on Sunday and Newmarket looked very impressive although I've said that about the Duhallow champions for a good few years now and they've been eliminated immediately but I think this time is different (I'll be saying the same next year most likely)

I can see that from two different perspectives. Players love certainty and knowing fixture lists has allowed players to plan their lives properly as opposed to the way games were fixed years ago. I'm sure some of those players will have trips with families, wives booked etc.

On the other hand a rest is good and the board should have planned a bigger gap knowing when the county will commence.

More like would the rest of the divisions get on with it and get the games played

I presume it is to do with playing surfaces. Come the end of October, there is only one venue in Duhallow that is usually playable but I feel like the Duhallow board prefer giving various clubs a chance to host the final.
Albeit, before last weekend's game, both clubs put in a request to have the final played in Meelin but it was rejected.

I just saw the video and it was a goal ball hit the net and bounced out again .but from wat I saw .the umpires wer looking at eachother all night for ever point they were clueless
Not to sound disingenuous here but surely if the ball hit the net it would roll down the net and not come back out? Would want to be a very tight net!

Any real possibility of a replay being on the cards here if there’s video evidence doing the rounds
Any real possibility of a replay being on the cards here if there’s video evidence doing the rounds? Might be hard to schedule but there sounds like potential grounds for it.

Itas - Bride Rovers rescheduled for this Friday in Imokilly also.

Didn’t give a replay for cork u 20s couple years ago and it’s not conclusive on video and by all accounts lc players didn’t look for it

The net was very tight and blowing out towards the field. There was a ferocious wind blowing it outwards
