Why would incontinence be an issue for a Judge? Or any other profession tbh.

There is nothing to suggest that Judge Nolan has dementia. You seem to think that because you disagree with the leniency of his sentencing that he must have dementia. That's not what dementia is.

The guards can't just "investigate" a person. They can investigate a crime, but I am unaware of any allegation of a crime having been committed by Judge Nolan.

Feel free to rock up to your local garda station and make a criminal complaint because you disapprove of Judge Nolan's sentences. See if they can find a criminal statute to match it.

While I agree that the independence of the judiciary is a very important concept I would still like some oversight and/or review process.
