Yep, aware of that - and if you're only focus is hitting a static ball as hard as possible then sure it'll be a bit easier than otherwise.

But I really struggle to believe that she managed to reach a top ball speed higher than any male Premier League player managed all season, given the physiological advantages those male athletes have.

Either there was a measurement error or someone got a bit giddy and was after a big headline.
