The Tories left a £22bn unfunded hole in the budget.

The fact that borrowing costs were higher (in a period when the Tories were in power...) is heavily down to global factors


That said, the UK is not heading for a full on financial crash. To say she's lost control of public finances is to ignore the many cuts she's made that have properly pissed off the Labour core vote.

Also, GDP grew by 0.5% in Feb alone, which is quite a lot.
