Pretty straight forward. McClean has done something good in his neighbourhood that he doesn't want a fuss about. Others have said JMC has a habit of doing good in his neighbourhood while not seeking the limelight for it. Someone refers obliquely to it. You want to have a pop as is your wont.

Pretty much par for the course for you on the PROC I'd venture to suggest.
