I saw a wattsapp of the letter sent to staff, It mentioned they only resumed trading in July, Does this mean we could see a redundancy dispute?

Thought I read somewhere on one of their social media posts that they'll be honouring all redundancy payments in full.

I'll miss the cheese and onion pie particularly....The SF thigh and drumstick was always an issue though, they could have tried harder on it. In fact I thought they missed a great opportunity with the rotisserie, the basic used to be fine but they could have developed it. Instead it looked as if they pre-cooked them and then put them in the fryer to warm them up ?

I heard that Frances and Brian only went back in July after being out of it for two years. They'd hardly pull some knack like that would they ? New contracts, new employers, new employment since July 2024 and therefore no redundancy obligations.
