Israeli conflict against Arab countries of Syria, Palestine & Lebanon

I think there's a middle ground here to be honest.

You can voice your concerns and disapproval while still maintaining diplomacy.

I think Israel's government are absolute scum of the earth and what they are doing now is essentially a land grab and always has been the end goal (their persecution of the Palestine people had been abhorrent)...however escalating the situation between both our governments to the point where they pull their embassy isn't the answer either.

As long as Israel have the backing of the US, then you need to maintain diplomacy for various reasons which should be obvious.

I also think you have to play Israel at their own game politically. The anti semitic stuff that gets trotted out is predictable but it's important Ireland be seen to be separate in our condemnation of Israel from religion while maintaining the ties with our own Jewish population.

Me-hawl deciding Ireland was going to redefine genocide to retrospectively tackle Israel was other level idiocy.

We might have some bizarre vision of ourselves as liked by everyone but to position Ireland as an enemy of Israel with Trump in office in February was kamikaze stuff.

The time of diplomacy has ended there has been too much killing the Zionists are an aggressive expansionist power and their leaders are war criminals. Good riddance to them having an embassy here they won't recognise a 2 state solution and have been bombing Syria for years. It is getting ridiculous so many people are willing to defend this horrid state.

The Palestinians don't support a 2 state solution either, you imbecile.

That might be the dumbest thing ever posted on the PROC.

How do you see these conflicts being resolved? Do you think someone is going to go to war with Israel and destroy them with the US backing them.

While Ireland won't play a part, this conflict will end like the majority of others, with diplomacy. Israel isn't going anywhere. If the current Zionist government eventually get the boot, the country will still exist.
