Why would you jump in at 10k or even at 10 euro? Bitcoin has no intrinsic value. It is the ultimate tulip.

My thing with Bitcoin is I can see how it could have gone up in value but I also think it’s rooted in fraud and criminality. Hence I wasn’t willing to invest in it even when I did feel it probably was going to shoot up. No more than dealing Crystal meth out of my garden centre, not a thing to get involved in.

Fiat currency, or what we traditionally refer to as ‘money’, also has no intrinsic value since the break with the gold standard. That is apart from the value of the metal in coinage!
