Trump has been balls deep with Russians since at least the ‘90’s. Their gangsters have been financing him. And the big Russian gangsters are connected with the government. It’s the nature of the post-Soviet state.
Any business person of an international scale will have dealings with the Russians, obviously running for office there will be Skeletons in the closet. Trump is not alone by a long shot.
