Unionists would tend to be on the political right while Sinn Féin would be more left wing in policies.

Sinn Féin are not far left. They’re not even left. Centre left at best.

The DUP are much further to the right of the UUP. Aside from being inaccurate your analysis was lazy.

I forgot about those independent Ireland fuckers. I was thinking independents as in the Healy-Raes etc but on second thought I think most independent TDs might actually be centre right/ conservative rather than centre

The idea of a wealth tax (taxing net assets like property, investments etc) exists across a wide range of mainstream politics across Europe. This isn’t a far left aim.
