What???? So if the UK refuses to take them back we're going to ECJ and they're going to make them do. How many decades is that going to take..
Do you really believe that the U.K. will take Ireland to the ECJ seeing as the ECJ declared Rwanda unsafe and the Tories want out of the ECJ?

The Tories are just electioneering talking all sorts.

This is bullsh*t and you know it. If the UK don't agree to take them back they're going nowhere or are just going to bounce back across again first chance they get. What a f##king mess.
Can they not just send them back to the Country they originally came from??

Just curious.

Seems like MS Mcentee pulled the 80% out of her hole..

"A claim by the Justice Minister Helen McEntee that 80pc of asylum seekers are coming into the country from Northern Ireland is not based on data, evidence or statistics, Tánaiste Micheál Martin has said."

Who to believe..

They definitely won't take them back. They are in a crisis themselves and are delighted that they can offload a share of the illegals into Ireland via the backdoor. I don't know where TF that the gubberment ever thought that the Tans would just automatically take them back. They can't ever send their own illegals back to France.
