A high proportion of sons
and daughters nephews nieces etc of TDs Higher Civil Servants etc go to higher level education doing business or law .
They are recruited by the big accountant and Law firms.

And if people suggest the interpreter requirement system is being abused there are those within the legal system who will defend it bitterly. Funny that.

I think the point he is getting at is the Department of Justice and Migration had to consult with an outside private firm on migration. Should the dept and its numerous employees not be able to this.
