'New financial accounts for Farrell and McNicholas’s firm K&T Forbairt Holdings Unlimited Company show it earned €28.4 million in revenue in the 12-month period to the end of August 2025, compared to €19.3 million the previous year, and after-tax profits rose from €7 million to €10.1 million.'

10.1 million after tax annual profits on assets worth 19.5 million! A normal expected yield on property would be somewhere between 5 and 8%. Their IPAS business is posting returns of 51.79% annually!!! The taxpayer is funding superprofits for a select bunch who are exempt from normal planning laws.
Theres 2 billion+ annually being pissed away on this and we are being told at the same time theres no money for tax cuts or energy subsidies lol.
