Absolutely disgraceful that it happened and that the perpetrator of an unprovoked serious assault causing injuries, and a hate crime, is back on the street straight away.

Thankfully it is an extremely rare occurrence with the victim saying that in over 23 years living here he never encountered anything like it.

Hopefully he has a full and swift recovery.
