Immigration Thread

'Ms Flynn noticed the knife, but couldn't say where it had come from, and saw the man "ferociously jabbing" multiple times at the children.

She said: "I let out a shout and asked what he was doing and told him to get away from the children and I ran at him and grabbed him from behind."

She said she grabbed the back of his jacket and when she pulled him away from the children, he turned around and looked at her. She said he seemed confused, "almost as if he wasn't expecting an adult or someone bigger to approach him".

She described a tussle in which Mr Bouchaker stabbed her in the back to the left side. She said she initially just felt something wet but it didn't immediately register that she had been injured.

Once he had stabbed Ms Flynn, she said Mr Bouchaker "went back to try to get to the children again". He was close to the children, she said, swinging the knife, but Ms Flynn followed him and shouted at the children to run.

She said some of the children had panicked and couldn't move while others ran up the street towards the steps of a nearby hotel.

When Ms Flynn shouted, "He has a knife" and called for help, members of the public intervened. The witness grabbed the arms of any children she saw and pulled them away towards the hotel, where she herself sat down on the steps as she was getting lightheaded and finding it hard to breathe. She recalled seeing two children beside her, crying and with blood all over their hands'.

Upsetting reading, this filth should be put down.

I'll never forget that day. I was in Dublin and you could genuinely feel something in the air, this tension that shit was about to kick off. I was very thankful once I was on the train back to Cork and away from the place

Listened to Morning Ireland debate between an FF and an FG MEP about the new Immigration Rules being voted on in EU.

Ff Andrews kept saying it would be a far-right majority vote in favour and that Centrist and Left voting against it. Must say I’m surprised a FF MEP thinks the EU has such a large number of Far Right MEPs.

FG one made more sense imho. She said that currently only 20% of deportation rules are enforced here. 80% of those who’ve gone through every legal procedure, paid for by Joe taxpayer, to stay in Ireland and are still told to leave, ignore the ruling and stays here anyway😡

Isn’t Enoch Burke doing time for such contempt of court? But Andrew’s thinks sending such people to a third country is inhuman 🤷‍♂️

Fully suspended sentence. No deportation.

Another foreign national criminal walks free.
