I don't think accusing the government of dog whistling is fair at all.

I read nothing to say they were anti immigration, but they want to change the criteria and that criteria hasn't been proposed yet.

It seems pretty reasonable to me on the face of it.

Ivana is a clown and Labour are pissing in the wind with her but the Government have some fucking neck to be producing that shit now when they have enabled this mess over the last 5 years. Remember no planning needed, no health and safety that would be strictly applied in all sectors but here, buying fn hotels and shutting down badly needed local ones in rural towns , saying everyone is vetted , etc etc . Yes that two faced government.

You don’t need to be a chief economist to understand the sums of money being spent on this issue are unsustainable.

With the way things are going with Trump, multinationals and global economic turmoil the Irish economy could take a significant hit in the next few years but we will have this spend around our necks to deal with.

We can’t find money for SNA’s but can spend 2bn on asylum seekers

Really, now they realise it unsustainable, they’ve been told this for years. Government too cowardly to make the right decisions because they are scared of the backlash from the usual snowflakes.
NI sending their problems our way because they know the government will do nothing to stop it.

The british govt and stormont parties are laughing at us, It suits them down to the ground to have a weak government here with
no backbone, They are more than happy to see the problem head across the border unhindered, Hopefully O Callaghan will continue to
show a bit of guts,
