ECHR rules mean that you do not have to seek asylum in the first country that you flee to.

So what are the countries that fly to Ireland and let you on a plane without a Passport?

So how are the boarding a flight with out ID? I'll help you out, they are not, they are destroying them after boarding which makes a nonsense of yours and DOL's claim that they are fleeing without documents.
They are deliberating destroying them because they don't want to be identified. Then should be straight back to where to came from, never mind fining the airlines.

I posted here years ago that all asylum claims should be processed at the airport by people qualified to make these decisions. No appeal and their decision is final.

Ah Stacky c'mon our border controls are a complete and utter shambles, all asylum seekers should be sent back till we get a handle on it. No one coming here should be sleeping on the streets, this includes Ukrainians.
Now, just to completely show what a shiteshow and soft touch we are, Upfront did a show maybe 3/4 weeks ago around the time camp was burned down in Dublin (which was a disgrace), they interviewed a South African in the audience that came here on holiday for a few weeks and liked it so much he decided to claim asylum, like ffs.

Asylum seekers are fully legally entitled to come here to seek refuge.

We have lads from Brazil claiming asylum for “political reasons” after doing a tour in Oz, NZ and Portugal. The majority of all IPO claims are denied yet very few are ever returned and just challenge the decision in perpetuity.

“The government are addressing it” after advertising the country as a welfare destination in 5 different languages in countries that are renowned as safe.

To suggest the same people that caused this mess will resolve it is beyond naive, considering they’ve also promised to end the housing crises while at the same time throwing visas away like confetti.
