A neighbour puts an EV charger amongst on-street parking in a private (but council run) cul de sac.
Therefore a private utility on public land. Is this legal? Are there permits for this?
Hi there. I am looking at getting an EV. My current car has been written off so am looking to do so fairly sharpish. But we are not at all set up for it.

There was a similar issue in Dublin earlier this year where I think they bringing it up at a height over the path and down to the car, that was parked on the street. IIRC the council made him remove it.
