That's a non zero possibility but unlikely. It was cooked to medium but quite sinewy. It's hard to get decent meat in SV, the Hampshire pork is cack and the SV chicken in a tray is rubbery. Their cooked chickens are normally very nice to be fair, as well as the SV Pork Tomahawk is excellent.

No it was in the open chiller cabinets in the centre aisle but probably made up by them, but that is a fair point.
