Homemade Stew

I'm on a weight cut at the moment. My day is:
Breakfast: nothing save maybe a banana
Lunch: sandwich. Eg Chicken, pepperoni, cheese, potato salad
Evening meal around 9 or 10. Eg stir fry, stew, Spag Bol, steak and chips.
Might have a protein shake or a protein bar during the day as well

I just finished a bulk and got myself up to 15 stone. I put on a lot of muscle but a bit of fat as well, especially around the gut and neck

Since my weight cut started 2 weeks ago I've lost half a stone. Want to get down to maybe 13.5 stone.
Fair play. Do you need to run the evening meal off as well though?
 
Cooking a stew. Not being smart, but I ran out of the beef casserole mix. So I'm using savoury mince mix instead. You never know, it mightn't turn out too bad
