Homemade Stew

Funnily enough that's what I have on too.
Diced lamb, spuds, red onions, scallions, leeks, parsnip, turnip, carrots, mushrooms, sweetcorn, red wine, garlic and fresh herbs from the garden.
It'll be even better second time round tomorrow.
Jawb.

That's the best of it. Good recipe that... I hate leek though!

You gotta remember than leeks belong to the same family as onions and garlic - I quite often fry them in butter before adding them late to the dish.
You also notice that I don't use flour to thick the stew - I can't stand the taste.
One small raw potato grated with a cheese grate before cooking will thicken it up a treat.

What time do you have dinner at JT you nocturnal charlatan.
I'm on a weight cut at the moment. My day is:
Breakfast: nothing save maybe a banana
Lunch: sandwich. Eg Chicken, pepperoni, cheese, potato salad
Evening meal around 9 or 10. Eg stir fry, stew, Spag Bol, steak and chips.
Might have a protein shake or a protein bar during the day as well

I just finished a bulk and got myself up to 15 stone. I put on a lot of muscle but a bit of fat as well, especially around the gut and neck

Since my weight cut started 2 weeks ago I've lost half a stone. Want to get down to maybe 13.5 stone.
