I wish Gabriel Heinze a speedy recovery. Its terrible to see a player get a serious injury like that, especially a fine player like Heinze.

On another note its a terrible blow for Ireland losing Roy Keane to injury for the home game against the Swiss. He was banned for the Cyprus game anyway.

I was watching the Manc derby with the brother last Saturday and he mentioned that Heinze was voted PSG's best player EVER.

Don't forget, Anelka rejoined them in 2000 and stayed for two seasons, but given that they paid out in excess of £20 million for a player who'd left for Arsenal for a mere £700,000, it was inevitable that the fans wouldn never take to him.

Ronaldinho never really found his best form at PSG, and was far from being a fans favourite from what I gather.

It's true though, PSG have had some very special players over the years, it'd be nice to see them finally get their act together on the pitch.

Yep........ he never seemed to do that well and was usually in the shadow of Okocha when i watched them together.

The PSG team of the mid 90's was awesome but they are a financial mess so i don't see them coming back near the top of Europe any time soon. IMHO George Weah was PSG's greatest ever player. -AmadeusDC-
