I used work in an Irish pub abroad and one morning on Paddy's day our waitress from San Diego wrote "Happy St. Patty's day" on the blackboard outside. When the bar manager from Kildare arrived for work he stormed in the pub and shouted "who the FUCK wrote that outside?!"

Yer one was then marched out to rectify what she had done.
