As usual these events are not about music or fans, its the free publicity the drinks companies get and the association of a good time with theur brand. Half the people at these events don't even know who they are watching.
No big music event from Murphys this year which was a pity.
Yeah Murphys have been very quite this year, shame.
I got some thing on the app from Murphys a week or two ago inviting me to enter a competion for Des Bishop tickets.
I would have thought an alcoholic anti-drink campaigner was a strange fit for them.
I lost interest in that guy years ago, he got up his own hole so far he cant seem to get out of it these days. But yeah you are right with the Murphys thing and tickets for his show, its totally fucking hypocritical alright.
