No, I think that a judge would find him not guilty in the absense of any evidence. Nothing to do with bias.

Well then if there is a fear that a jury of his peers would find him guilty out of bias, and that as such he wouldn't get a fair legal trial in front of them, but that a judge would find him not guilty should there be an absence of sufficient evidence, why not try him in the SCC? Wouldn't it be the fairest thing all round? Surely his legal team would push for that? :unsure:
