Good Barbers Cork City

I bring my son to the crowd at the Lough ( where the newsagents was years ago) and they do a good job.

Nice friendly fellas in there too.

Anyone tried Tom Winters on North Main Street?

I'd love to know who his customer base is. Booked out months in advance and charging a fucking fortune

I used to use Wintrop Barbers until I was not able to negotiate the stairs. Great crew there.
Is Charlie O Connor still there he was doing a few days a week when I was last in there.
A Gent impeccably turned out .White coat shirt and tie . Not like these guys in football jerseys or Bobby Sands or Free Palestine shirts etc.

I’ve been twice as the owner is a friend of mine for over 20 years.

He has a lovely shop and offers customers a drop of whiskey or a beer on arrival, it’s a different experience to just getting a haircut, it’s a bit of treat and actually a nice gift to give someone for a birthday or Christmas.

Like you said he could be booked out for the next 3 months and isn’t cheap so he must be doing something right.

Wasn’t that place a pub way back in the day? Cant remember the name

Edit : Le Cheile

It was a pub alright, I remember going there on Paddy's Day in 2007. Can't for the life of me remember the name, but it had a few over the years.

Yesh I'd like to try it out sometime. Looks like a lovely way to pass an hour or so, just allowing yourself to escape it all and be pampered by other men
