Thing is I see Al Sharpton today saying America needs to show it can convict police officers when they break the law.

There must be some grounds that his lawyers could argue its impossible for him to get a fair trial?

His lawyers will claim he was doing his job, and protecting the freedom of Americans etc.

1: Chauvin gets a manslaughter charge and it’s mild

2: his defence proves Floyd was already close to death ( which seems likely )
