Just because it may have said that on some Tusla file, it didn't necessarily make it true. They've been known to c*ck things up monumentally!

As I understand it you are a psychologist or therapist? If so, You are a mandated person and you are well aware of your legal obligations.
Can I ask what you do if you have concerns about a child’s safety or welfare?

Spot on another government agency about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike…They either go in all guns blazing and get things completely wrong or sit on their hands when abuse is plain as day to see…A certain case on the Western Suburbs should have been enough to shut them down and start a proper child protection agency with a clean slate…
