Is that only flower beds or everything? Cos I've seen farmers with the massive sprinklers on at all hours in Germany

Was told years ago that it causes temperature shock

Could just be an old wives tale but I water early morning and late evening on hot sunny days like we're having.

If German farmers are doing that then I'd take my cue from them and not yours truly.

Ah I've seen it over orchards and fields of stuff like leeks. Might be flowers are massive fannies but food is ok
