Think its every 60k miles, had one before and was done at 120k. Its a timing belt kit it needs, cant remember what it cost me as it was 4 years ago. Check micksgarage.ie for.part prices
If its the 1.4 zetec, it only needs to be done every 100k.
It is a hoor of a job though, you have to drop off the entire front end to get access, so be fully prepared to get rode on labour. You'll be talking at least €400-€500, more if you go to a main dealer.
