couldn't you have leaf catchers in the drains?

OR, better yet, use permeable road surfacing, so the water can dissipate naturally and quickly.

Cycled the length of this road yesterday and every single drain was blocked and full of leaves. If only there was some way of knowing that it was going to rain really heavily for a sustained amount of time. To make it worse, these are probably the same lads who could have cleared the drains yesterday without having full wet gear on and being passed by traffic.

So avoidable. Utter rubbish from Council

Couldn't give 2 shits about Dublin... I was referring to Cork..

I did see in the news there that it's bad up country alright..

Definitely no way it's a yellow down here though.
