FG-FF government

Can't see FF going for it - despite the temptation for some of them to get state cars. It would signal the end for Mehole Martin and finally remove the raison d'etre for there to be two separate parties FF and FG. Could there be a re-run of the Collins/Dev pact and putting forward of FF/FG candidates for future elections in a ratio to however many seats they get this time out? Can't see it happening to be honest. Too many egos and too many people wanting to be the big man, even if it is in a smaller party.

Labour Labour..........certainly not. Copyright Enda Kenny , 2nd Leaders Debate.

FF would be mad to go for it, neither party memberships want it, Enda says No. And you know when Enda says something you can take that to the bank...........or....emmm....not.

what would you rather C32 - if the numbers meant that was the only viable outcome in 2 weeks time?

Id be a fan of another election.

For any junior coalition party it is the end of the road, look at DL/PDs/Greens, Labour might just about survive this one but barely.

FG will be laughing all the way to Devs grave to dance on it if Mickey goes into coalition with them.

The only caveat to it is if a government is available (say FF/FG) and they don't go with it, the electorate will exact vengeance in a second election.
