experience with letting agent?

Hey everyone.
Have been looking at places to rent around Cork and have come across a letting agent with nice property but can't seem to find a website for them. It's called Solutions Property Management and a number for Marie Kelleher. Was wondering if anybody knows about this place? Are they good/bad etc? Any info would be great!
