Not alone is Russia banned (correctly imho) by FIFA/UEFA, but Belarus had to play behind closed doors in a neutral country - meanwhile the Israeli scumbags get to play at home in a European qualifying section.

Apologies dukey, didn't realise they were made play at a neutral venue - though one suspects the visiting teams wouldn't have relished the thoughts of going there.

But on the more relevant point, I take it you do accept that Israel, unlike Russia, were NOT banned from competing? Russia banned by FIFA for invading a country recognised by FIFA. FIFA also recognise Palestine and they've a team that plays in international fixtures, yet FIFA didn't ban Israel who, by any standard, have invaded Palestine.

You see if you ban Russia from participating or disallowing them use their flag after they invaded Ukraine alright that sounds reasonable although they did the same to Belarus and they did not invade any country but anyway by that same logic for god's sake do the same to Israel who is committing atrocities in Palestine. Apply the same standard to both otherwise you are a complete hypocrite. Now we are getting some consistency from the EU.
