Absolutely not but the expectation is that owners will invest a fair bit this summer to improve the squad in all areas.
If they invest well, Leeds should have the resources to compete with any of the clubs mentioned by Jimmy above and establish themselves as a perennial epl team.

On attendances alone, Leeds should be generating £10m-£15m more per annum than likes of Crystal Palace or Fulham and more again compared to Bournemouth or Brentford.
