More than 100 women are suing a pharmaceutical company for allegedly mispackaging birth control pills which resulted in unwanted pregnancies.
The lawsuit against Qualitest Pharmaceuticals - a subsidiary of Endo Pharmaceuticals - has been launched by 113 women from 28 states across America who are suing for millions of dollars.
The women filed a class action lawsuit in a Pennsylvania State Court last week which states that the mispackaging error led to at least one hundred unwanted pregnancies.
