The last two times I was in town late at night I saw fellas speeding around on these, dressed in dark clothes.

Organ doners.

These things and those electric bikes should both require licences.

In Blackpool this morning, a foreign buer absolutely tearing up the footpath on an electric scooter. Couldn't believe the speed she was going. And it was one of those scooters with a seat so it was basically a moped tearing up the footpath. Absolutely crazy shit with all the recent incidents.

It might be a step in the right direction but that's a ridiculous ban. It's the footpaths they should be banned from. They also need mandatory helmets

Gone bang on public transport from October 7th.
Can't see it being enforced though.

Much like a 14 year old nearly hit me on the footpath the other day driving one. No helmet either obviously.

Bikes should be banned too. They take up far too much space. With the city bike scheme there is no reason people need to bring bikes on buses and trains.

I read on the irish rail website that bikes are banned on trains 5pm to 7pm. I said it to some Polish guy who threw down his bike right next to me and he starting squaring up to me lol. Then again it was in small print on their website don't know how I could prove it.
