Eamon Dunphy

When was the last time Dunphy supported an Irish manager?
Charlton, McCarthy, Kerr, Staunton, Trappatoni?
Has he ever supported any coach?
Is he just a sadistic opportunist?
Should he be made coach in order to put his money where his mouth is?

His input is vital

Did you see his section on why the Austrian defence is terrible?

You see Bill, they have 4 rubbish defenders..

they have that pogo...pogot.. em you know the fella on loan at West Ham, the fella who tangled with Clarke for the corner... hes rubbish

and then they have Fuchs, terrible Bill

and em.. em....

Brady cuts across and saves his ass again

Seriously why dont someone stand up and say the reason we are shit is because the players are just not good enough. I doubt if there is one player in that squad is anywhere close to world class. Dunphy had us believe that James Mc Carthy was the answer to all our midfield woes but he went missing when most needed last night...didnt hear Dunphy point that out now did we?

Dunphy doesnt only change the record as he sees fit, hell change it a couple of times in the same broadcast no bother to him

McCarthy was absolutely overrun after the 60th minute and just gave the ball away everytime he had it. In fairness to him Whelan also died a death at the same time. Trap should have spotted this an acted accordingly.

McCarthy had a fine first 60

Was he very critical of Brian Kerr?

He's 100% right on Trappatoni regardless of the validity of your point.

Staunton - worst Irish manager ever?

Mick Mac - questions captain in front of whole team on the verge of the World Cup, the most important tournament of all those players careers!

Jack Charlton - did well but was always going too considering he had the most talented generation of Irish footballers at his disposal.
