Learned behaviour, I would bet that the majority of people from that area are decent hard working folks.
It only takes a handful of scum to give a place a bad name.
Evict them, it should be in their contracts with the council, enforce it and let them make their own way with no further supports like rent allowance etc..
That would soften their cough.

Dublin city council are owed over 35 million euro in rent arrears, They dont appear to have the appetite to tackle that never mind anti

That's disgraceful, the older generations priorities were rent esb and food.
They had it hard but appreciated housing after being raised in tenements.
Councils need to grow some balls and tackle this.
