It’s beyond lunacy charging or paying for any food on Gods earth for that price,
FFS I’d expect a pair of hookers thron on or at least a happy ending,
( so speaks the guy who buys most of his food in the best before deal parts of Dunne’s, Tesco and Centra

I spent years in kitchens. I couldn't afford to eat in the places I worked in. It's nice for a special occasion if you have the money I suppose.

Oh yeah. Like times are different now. There was nobody struggling time I was in Fine Dining really.
I mean it will survive in Dublin but anywhere else it wouldn't. There are restaurants closing every day

Four young lads on electric scooters arrived up to me, all in black, hoods up, faces covered. They surrounded me, didn't say a word, and one lad put his hand in his pocket for something.

I'm glad I had a good bowel movement in the hotel before the gig because I was ready to shit myself. I got straight up and walked through them and across the road to the Parnell pub where I'm nursing a €7.80 Heino.

These types are an absolute cancer. I've never felt so threatened in Ireland.

And because of them I didn't meet Beato.

Ffs , they are no doubt a scourge on society, gangs of scrotes going around intimidating people and thinking they are untouchable.
A friend of mine from nothside of dublin swears it all goes back to covid times , masks and hoods up , less gardai on the street and these fuckers still roamed around and thought they oened the place .

The steak is obviously great, as you'd expect, and I can cook great steak at home, for a fraction of the price.

But the sides, and sauces, were always absolutely class.

They were doing a great deal for Saturday lunch. 3 courses for 33e. You wouldn't need any more til Sunday. Don't know if it's still available.
