DPD useless bastards

A poor unfortunate man from Rochestown turned up at my gate last week. His specialist dog food was not delivered but according to DPD app was delivered to either us or my neighbour. Neither the case.
It must be awful to be from Rochestown. I felt so sorry for him

could be a whole sight worse - he might be from passage

The only town in Ireland the vikings bypassed

Actually a smart arse Dunnes stores manager who fucked off the wrong truck driver once too often
( unnecessarily holding him up regularly and cocky about it hence leading to drivers missed ferry/ work a few times despite the man pleading with the Cirk guy)
He ended up going for a rough long spin to the border - wrapped in cling film- stripped naked and got a flew slaps-
End storyline- no more fuckin about with S Armagh/ Monaghan drivers
No gardai etc involved,
Happened long time ago but 100 pc true.
Afaik I ended up painting the managers house years later in passage,
He was based in. ballyvolane from memory- 25 odd years ago or thereabouts,

So although I detest DPD I can understand that as a former truck driver( worst job in Ireland )
Some Joe Public are bastards aswell,
I only took it full time because I was going through a divorce and needed a permanent job for the judge to look favourably at me in a custody battle in tbe family court-
I got my son 5 days a week from the age of 2 and a half until he left 2 years ago at tbe age of 21

But went straight back decorating as soon as the judge granted me major custody in a joint custody order- the sun shone bright that day for one Cork dad

You must be some truck driver to get full custody in Ireland.

majority of those Dunnes Stores managers were dickheads . Give some lads a shirt and tie and a biro and they think they are bee's knee's .

There used be a lad in Ballyvolane Noel but he was sound but 2 lads in Douglas were pure dickheads going back 30yrs ago now .

It was the online store used them unfortunately. It eventually turned up at 7pm last night.
