I'm a bit bemused that Miller is in the squad. He's rumoured to be off to Sunderland in January btw.

McGeady can't get in the Celtic side so I wouldn't want to see him plying his trade for Ireland. Something has gone to that bhoys head though I don't know what. When Stephen Pearson can come back after 6 months injury and command a starting place ahead of you then there is something amiss. Still, he's only 19 so plenty of time for him to shine. It's not a matter of Strachan not playing the youth cos Maloney, McManus and Beattie are all playing regularly.

I think they must have 2 u21s on the bench or something like that
