Still does. Hyrox is basically a though circuit session. Puma are making an absolute fortune out of it. It seems your gym nothing now unless it's a Hyrox affiliate.

It's become a destination event too. Like a Marathon or Half. Folk heading away to do hyrox seville and all that.

I'd love to give it a go. But 80m of burpees can fuck right off

Went to one in Italy last year. A mature demographic was the prominent one. Used to be fit, put shit on hold for career/family, ready to rock again. And can afford to travel doing so.

It's mad how ubiquitous it has become.

I know crossfit got feirce popular around 2011 but it seems that all the gyms stopped paying the franchise fee and now it's Hyrox.

It's everywhere now. There Is a "Similator" in the bloody marina market and all
