It did all seem a bit wrong at the time.

Never did it. I'd prefer a game of 6 a side any day of the week. No amount of lifting weights can beat tackling the ball off the opposition, rounding a player, playing a one two with a team mate and POW! Smashing it into the top corner, running away with 60,000 people screaming in your head. Some buzz.

Bonus points if the opposition start blaming and then arguing with each other afterwards.
It doesn’t get any better.

Still does. Hyrox is basically a though circuit session. Puma are making an absolute fortune out of it. It seems your gym nothing now unless it's a Hyrox affiliate.

Didn’t realise Puma were involved at all.

Seen a lad i’ve never known to do any fitness training over in Poland there recently doing Hyrox.

Fiat play to him. Hyrox doesn’t seem to have the same pretentiousness as Crossfit.
