I remember a few years ago there was a garda knocked down by a car at a crossroads I came towards the scene as they were clearing up. As I approached I got a phone call so I pulled over to take it and turned off my lights as it was a lit up area. When I went to take off I never put on the lights (only went a few yards) and I saw this young gobshite of a garda marching towards the car with a puss on him, do you notice anything wrong with your car says he I said oh I never turned on the lights and as grumpy as fuck he says we don't want another accident He had a head on him that would turn milk sour. In fairness it wouldn't have taken long before I would have copped the lights but your man distracted me marching towards the car. I was going to tell him that I was driving long before he was shitting in his nappy and haven't caused an accident yet. Some of them think when they put on the uniform that they can rule everyone.
