Israel got off to good start killing Arabs, will they continue or allowed to continue to attack Syrians and Palestinians like they did last year? Netanyahu is already not interesting in peace or international justice, people are outraged about Putin targeting Ukrainian cities less so for Arab cities.

Gays and Lesbians are treated horrible in Africa and child soldiers are also used in that continent so it is hardly unique to the Arab world. Israel on the other hand is supposed to be a liberal democracy, we don't see Dennark, Sweden, New Zealand or Canada bombing their neighbours.

Personally, I've never been to Israel to Palestine, I don't know any Israelis or Palestinians, and i have no idea whatsoever what the hell is actually going on there. I would say it's the same thing for the vast majority of Irish people.

I would say that there's atrocities going on on both sides but I would like to see these Irish lads bring their gay friends and lady friends to Gaza and try and buy a beer and see how they get on.

Those middle clasa Irish people you rant about have a connection with Palestinians and Cubans. During the Cold War Castro"'s Cuba fought against Apartheid and Imperialism in South Africa and when it comes to the Palestinians they were expelled from their homes just like Queen Elizabeth 1 planted loyalists in Ulster, quite rightly we have a connection with the region. Zionism has taken Arab land and when Ireland talks about being a leading nation on the international front in means opposing American sanctions on an island nation like us and speaking up for the Palestinian Arabs.
